A calling born from the heart

I started out as a volunteer through a friendly visits program — and something shifted in me. I saw how much a simple, genuine presence could mean to someone who spends most of their days longing for connection.

What began as volunteering became a passion and a purpose. I founded Lexy's Meaningful Moments to offer something that busy staff and even loving families sometimes can't — dedicated, unhurried time focused entirely on your loved one.

I am not a medical provider. What I offer is something different and deeply human: companionship, conversation, and care — tailored to each individual I visit.

Why Lexy's Meaningful Moments exists

Mission Statement

My mission is to provide concierge-style, facility-based companionship to seniors in assisted living, nursing homes, and retirement communities, as well as to individuals receiving hospice or palliative care within those settings. I aim to offer consistent presence, emotional support, and meaningful connection that improves well-being and brings peace of mind to their families.

My Contribution to the World

I spend intentional time with seniors and individuals in hospice care within assisted living, nursing homes, and retirement communities, focusing on real connection, meaningful conversation, and activities that are tailored specifically to who they are — their interests, their history, and what brings them comfort and joy.

I want families to know that they are not just paying for a service — they are gaining a trusted, caring presence for someone they love. I show up with warmth, consistency, patience, and presence. I remember the little things and create moments that feel personal and meaningful. My hope is to take a weight off your shoulders by giving you peace of mind, knowing your loved one is receiving genuine connection from someone who truly cares.

Lexy's Meaningful Moments is not medical care, home care, or facility care. It is a family-paid concierge companion service designed to complement the care already in place by adding a personal, consistent, heart-centered presence.

Questions families may have

I want you to feel completely at ease before your first visit. Here are the answers to what families ask most.

At this time, the service is primarily focused on assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Home visits are not the standard setup right now.

No. Families pay directly for companion visits. This service is separate from the facility and is meant to complement, not replace, the care and activities already offered.

No. Companionship visits are conducted within the facility.

A background check can be made available upon request for your peace of mind.

Yes. I carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind.

That is perfectly okay. Visits can be calm and gentle. Sometimes companionship is simply sitting together, listening, reading, or sharing a peaceful activity. There is no pressure — we go at their pace.

This starts with a conversation.

I know how much trust it takes to invite someone new into your loved one's life. Give me a call before booking — I'd love to hear about your loved one and make sure we're the perfect fit for each other.
